| CREMATION AND MEMORIAL SERVICE AT OTHER LOCATION This package includes meeting with family for gathering information and signatures, obtaining death certificates and permits, arranging or confirming memorial service at other site, assisting with composition of death notice, Medical Examiners Permit to Cremate, cremation container, Cremation fee and temporary urn.
