Eleanore L. Potempa nee Jablonski, 95, of the far northwest side of Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Thaddeus R. “Ted” Potempa who passed away Dec, 2008. Loving mother of Carol (Dr. Martin) Scripp and Dr. Robert L. (Linda) Potempa. Proud grandmother of of Jeremy (Jennifer) &Tara-Lynn Potempa, Emily Scripp, Amanda (Ben) Goodness and Stephanie (Matt) Hageman. Great grandmother of Noah, Liam and Isaac. Fond sister of Roy (the late Ann) Jablonski, Anthony “Mickey” (the late Connie) Jablonski and the late Ernest Jablonski. Sister in law of Grace Jablonski. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
